Fašade Lift (08/15/12)
More signs of work on the Stellar Communities Grant are showing up in downtown Greencastle, with crews from Advanced Restorations beginning work on downtown fašades. On Tuesday, sheet metal was stripped off the building at 25 W. Franklin St., revealing masonry, doors and windows that have not seen the light of day for decades. Cloverdale building project right on track (08/15/12)
CLOVERDALE --The building project at Cloverdale Schools is well on its way as the Cloverdale school board accepted two different bids for the project on Monday evening. While CSX is working to repair the railroad crossing on U.S. 36 in Bainbridge, traffic has been diverted through town for the past two days. CSX crews worked on the road near the tracks to replace the rail ties and smooth out the crossing.
