Putnam County 4-H'ers Noah Poynter and Lauren Johnston show off the new Putnam County Fair T-shirts that will be available prior to this year's fair. Each T-shirt is $14 with all proceeds going to the Putnam County 4-H program colors are charcoal gray with neon orange lettering, pink with royal blue lettering and safety green with royal blue lettering. This will be a limited edition print, with a cut-off date to order will be Sunday, July 6. Some of the shirts will be available at the July 6 Putnam County Fair Kickoff Event and at the July 12 queen contest. Greencastle Police Dept. Officer Ed Wilson donates blood for the first time with a little help from Michelle Goldwood of the Indiana Blood Bank as part of the seventh annual Capt. Jim Baugh Memorial Blood Drive. The event, staged at the Greencastle Christian Church on Friday, brought in record donations for the annual event. The drive is co-sponsored by the Baugh family and the Putnam County Fraternal Order of Police and is affiliated with the statewide Indiana Fallen Officer Blood Drive program.
