Despite intermittent drizzle Tuesday afternoon, Greencastle Department of Public Works employees Danny Burchett and Derrick Grimes raise the banners around the courthouse square, replacing the "Welcome" signs with new banners heralding the Downtown Farmers' Market. The Farmers' Market, which opened for the season on May 7, operates on the east and north sides of the courthouse square each Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon this month, and will go to its 8 a.m.-noon schedule beginning in June...
