Hendricks deputies looking for car involved in fatal hit-and-run accident

AVON -- The Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal hit-and-run crash that occurred at approximately 6:30 a.m. Thursday on County Road 100 South, just east of County Road 625 Easst near Avon. Emanuel Charles Walker Jr., 20, of Plainfield, is believed to have been struck by a vehicle that was traveling westbound on County Road 100 South as he was standing at the road’s edge.
