$4.4 million project will resurface U.S. 231 in Putnam County

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Monday initiated a resurfacing project on U.S. 231 from just south of Cloverdale to the south side of Greencastle. Wabash Valley Asphalt was awarded the contract for $4.4 million. The project will resurface U.S. 231 from just north of State Road 42 in Cloverdale to just south of State Road 240 (Veterans Memorial Highway) in Greencastle.
