Sara L. Hartman, age 82, of Putnamville, passed away Aug. 12, 2023. She was born July 13, 1941, to the late Ralph and Edna (Ford) Milligan. Sara married Allan F. “Stub” Hartman on May 1, 1960, and he preceded her in death on Dec. 16, 2001.
